## The problem

Trading game accounts in Vietnam usually happens in Facebook groups and chat apps. Scams are common, prices are opaque, and buyers have no way to get their money back.

## What I built

**Chợ Gem** is a marketplace built around trust and transparency:

- A marketplace for game accounts and gaming services, with **KYC-verified sellers**
- **Payments held during disputes**, with a dispute resolution process
- **Market price tracking**, so buyers and sellers know what an account is really worth
- Gift cards and game top-ups
- Free tools for gamers, such as coin converters and a 2FA generator, plus game guides and gear reviews

Built to comply with Vietnam’s Decree 147/2024/NĐ-CP. The platform does not trade in-game virtual items or virtual currency.
