## The idea

Every user interaction is converted into a **structured sequence of executable actions**. Instead of one model improvising, Connex compiles intent into a plan, orchestrates it, and executes it with workers.

## Architecture

Modelled loosely on biological cognition:

- **Tier 1, Planner:** deliberative reasoning that turns a goal into a program
- **Tier 2, Orchestrator:** schedules and supervises execution
- **Tier 3, Workers (SkillDock):** the hands that run each action
- **Self-evolution:** a motivation system scores outcomes, and memory stores knowledge and experience
- **Senses and reflexes:** perception and fast automatic responses that run alongside the core
- **Sub-brain:** a local small language model for cheap parallel work
- **World layer:** causal reasoning about the environment
- **Hive mind:** a remote registry for sharing capabilities between instances
