## The problem

Short-term rental hosts juggle bookings, guest messages and cleaning schedules across several platforms. Most of their day goes to copying information from one place to another.

## What we built

Santara brings booking data from Airbnb, Booking.com and WhatsApp together and produces **one daily briefing**: who checks in, what needs cleaning, and which guest messages need a reply.

## My role

- Product direction and user research
